If I were in her "shoes" or whatever I would ask myself do I want to live a long live to raise the children I already have?  Do I want to risk not being able to raise the children I already have by having more babies. I can see how the older children take care of the younger ones and it's all right to an extent. In most families of smaller sizes I believe the children get more time spent alone with their parents that is so important that bond that helps a child grow into who they are. I'm sure a older sibling is fine but not the same as a mother or father. I wish nothing more than for the Duggars to have a happy healthy baby and family also.
