Jennifer and John Davis wrote a letter to the paper explaining they were jammed up in traffic trying to get to the Hospital.
The couple says they started driving in the breakdown lane, which is illegal.
They said two state troopers waived them through, once they found out Jennifer was in labor.
The Davis' say a third trooper pulled them over and even after making Jennifer show him her belly to prove she was pregnant, he still made them wait while he wrote up a citation.
A police spokesman said the trooper who gave the ticket made a decision to enforce the breakdown lane law.
The couple says they do plan to appeal the ticket, but are still not sure if they are going to file a complaint against the officer.

Well the officer should also consider their reason. It's an emergency.
hi i am glad to hear the duggars are ready for the birth of the 18th child. i am also ready to give birth to my seventh child and i am having health risks with this one which has to make it my last one because i have had a pulmonary embolism and deep vein thrombisis in my left leg with this pregnancy and they even put a umbrella filter in my main artery and told me i was lucky to be alive but i have been on blood thinner for five months now and am continuing oon it and i am very scared and nervous and afraid or should i say terrified i am going to die or something bad is going to happen to me during this pregnancy or afterwards or during the delivery. i just want to live to raise all my children and i would like to ask the duggars to please pray for me and my family that we make it okay through all of everything before during and afterwards and that my health returns to normal. i am happy to have my children so much they are the light of my life and i love them so much and god has thus far and i believe will contiinue to do so keep me with my children but i do need all the prayers and help i can get from anyone willing and able to pray for me and my family and to jim bob and michelle i wish all the best and will send my prayers their way and want them to know how happy i am for them and i say the more the marrier until it affects your health. they are very lucky and blessed and i feel very lucky and blessed as well even though i will only have seven. but god bless the duggars and hopefully me and my family as well. thank you and god bless always!
I would file a complaint, what a jerk. He is either a single male who doesn't understand or an idiot.

i think thats wrong the police could of had puting the baby in danger..:D
