Mark Wahlberg reveals due date

The Happening star Mark Wahlberg revealed to Us magazine that he and his fiance, model Rhea Durham, will be expecting their third child, a boy, “around the third of September.”

The couple are already parents to 4-year-old Ella and 2-year-old Michael.

Wahlberg, 37, has been open about not wanting to get married until the time is right. “We continue to grow in our relationship, and we have a much better chance of succeeding and staying together now,” he says. “I was not prepared to be married, no matter who it was when I was 20 or 30,” he said. “Committing to making it work and all the other things that go into building a solid foundation is where I’m at now.”

The busy actor says he likes to keep his family close when he is working. “My family travels with me when I work most of the time or I go back and forth on the weekends. I’ve been pretty consistent about just making phone calls in the morning and then chasing the kids around in the afternoon.”
