Hi
I wanted to write and tell you about the Magic of Motherhood method since I loved my teacher so much and I don't see her method on a lot of sites… . I used it for 2 of my pregnancies/births and several friends of mine did too. It's a method based on hypnosis (she's a clinical hypnotherapist and psychologist) and about learning your own body. I love it because it also includes the baby. It incorporates the methods of Dr's Leboyer and Chamberlain for the baby and Dr. Grantly Dick-Read for the mother. She says it is a blend of psychology and physiology.
Here is the founder's site www.magicofmotherhood.com
she has an online class for it too at http://class.universalclass.com/CBEP1
It is natural/ relaxation stuff, but she's got a background in psychology, science, research and is really grounded.
