Hello, lovelies! I'm so excited to be filling in for Debby while she's getting acquainted with Miss Emily, but before I get to all things prego, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Bryn, I'm 28 years old and I have a wonderful little family that just seems to keep growing! I'm a freelance magazine writer and my husband Ryan works in high-tech public relations. We've been together for seven years now, married for four, and we're having an unimaginably fun time raising our two girls, Emma, 3, and Ava, 1. Emma, our first, wasn't a planned baby. Ryan and I had both just started to feel comfortable in our new careers and we wanted to enjoy married life one-on-one before having to worry about scheduled feedings and dirty diapers. But that didn't last for long! Almost a year after our wedding, a little purple line changed our perspectives on everything. It didn't take more than a few days for our mutual shock to turn into unabashed excitement. Our little miracle was all we could talk about, think about, dream about. There are no words to describe how truly ecstatic we were. My mom says we were the last to realize how badly we both wanted a baby. I think she must have been right because almost as soon as we had one, we had the other! Both of my pregnancies were fairly easy; I think that's why I'm so eager to have more, and so is Ryan. For nine months straight, I think he talked to my belly more often than he talked to me! It's incredible to see him interact with our girls. I would choose watching them cuddle, giggle and play together over my favorite movie any day. I think we're going to give it a year or two before we decide have another baby, but I definitely see more additions to come. Emma and Ava mean everything to us, but I know Ryan would love to see a little man scooting around the kitchen floor with his sisters. I'm going to try to post here at least once a day while Debby is away, so I'd love for you to check back on occasion. Thanks so much for reading!
