My hubby is out skiing and hopefully not breaking any legs. What am I doing? I have a tradition with some girlfriends of mine. We gather our children, designate a meeting place and all come together to eat, drink, laugh and relax. We don't dress up, don't get fancy swanky. We just hang out. It's like any normal get together - chaotic with kids running around but there is a certain amount of "wow it's the end of the year" spirit. We'll talk about resolutions and what we would like to accomplish both personally and for our families and as a mom. And that about sums it up. On behalf of PregnancyWeekly, have a safe and happy new year! What are your fun and festive plans?
Through WebMD, there is a great blog written by an M.D. for all you expectant parents. Written by an OB, this blog will address all kinds of issues from infertility to repeat c-sections to pregnancy after 35 and more. I suggest taking a peek if you are interested.

For Christmas, Santa brought me one son with a nasty cold. One daughter who is becoming very interested in the dog's tail and is increasingly vocal about all things. One dog who is running around the house because of one daughter. One husband who left today to go skiing with his buddies leaving me to untrim the tree and put together toys that come in 100 small parts. He's earned it though after a tough year so I can't really be mad. Just frazzled. Needless to say, I'm busy and the blog might be low on the priority list. In my head, I'm thinking about New Years Resolutions...do YOU have any? Leave a comment or shoot me an email and let me know.
